Roles
  • President/Leader: - Leads meetings, sets agendas, and ensures the club runs smoothly
  • Vice President/Co-Leader: -Assists the president, leads discussions, and takes charge in the president's absence.
  • Secretary: -Takes minutes, maintains records, and handles correspondence.
  • Joint Secretary :- Supports the secretary in maintaining records, taking minutes and handling correspondence.
  • Librarian: -Maintains the club's book collection, tracks borrowing, and suggests new titles.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Book Selection:- Choose books for the club to read and discuss.
  • Event Planning:- Organize author talks, book launches, and other literary events.
  • Promotion:- Promote the club through social media, posters, and other channels.

By defining roles and responsibilities, the readers' club can run smoothly and achieve its goals.

Tenure of the Club

Tenure of the Club will be Two Academic Years.

Periodicity of the Meeting

The Club will meet twice in a semester / Four Times in a Year (June – July, October – November, December -January and May- April) or whenever required.
